About

A career spent helping technology organizations execute with clarity

I have spent more than two decades working at the intersection of technology delivery, leadership, and organizational transformation. My work focuses on helping teams and leaders navigate complexity, modernize execution systems, and move through change with discipline and confidence.

PMP • PMI-ACP • CSM • MIT Professional Education • 20+ years in technology execution

Professional Background

My career has taken me across technology organizations ranging from early-stage startups to multinational companies in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, New York, and London. Over the years I have served in roles including Agile practitioner, Scrum Master, Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, and PMO Director.

Across these environments, my work has consistently centered on helping organizations bring clarity and structure to complex delivery systems — especially during periods of rapid growth, transformation, or operational strain.

Teaching and Mentorship

Since 2011, I have been deeply involved in professional education. I have designed and taught courses in Agile and project management for organizations including the Project Management Institute, UC Berkeley Extension, and Pathstream.

In 2021 I was invited to teach Agile Principles and Practices for the Master’s Program in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Technology Startup Management at UC Berkeley Extension, where I continue teaching alongside my consulting work.

I care deeply about helping the next generation of leaders build the judgment, clarity, and discipline required to guide organizations through the next wave of technological change.

Education and Credentials

My work is grounded in both practical experience and formal study. I hold major certifications in both Agile and project management, including Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

I have also completed executive education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), focusing on digital transformation and leadership in the age of artificial intelligence.

Beyond Work

Outside of my professional life, I am a wife, mother, and enthusiastic world traveler. I enjoy cooking large Italian meals for family and friends, cultivating a growing jungle of houseplants, and practicing meditation and Buddhism.

I have also served on the board of my child’s Parent Teacher Organization since 2021 and believe strongly in supporting the communities that shape the next generation.
